The riding here is mellow by design—half the terrain is beginner-friendly, with intermediate and advanced sections making up the remainder. The steepest pitches top out around 20 degrees, so expect a forgiving, low-stress day. The Yatsugatake Chushin Kogen Quasi-National Park surrounds the area, adding scenic appeal beyond the slopes themselves. Note that the resort typically closes weekdays in February and March unless a national holiday falls on those days, so plan accordingly if you're visiting during those months.
